Ghost Racer

This game began life in Ken's arcade set to accept 2 pence pieces but due to its massive popularity 4 months later it was increased to 5 pence.

Created by Atarmi many years before they released their massively popular game pap-man and became reasonably rich.

This game is considered to be one of the first ever multiplayer games. Although each machine was only one player and the machines could not be linked together in any way, Ken had two which were set up side by side and if the players pressed the start button at exactly the same time the illusion of multiplayer gaming was created.
